蒙加爾宗 （宗喀語：）是不丹的一個宗 （縣），位於該國東部。面積1,969平方公里，人口53,378人。首府蒙加爾。蒙加尔宗境內有香茅，这是一种可用于生产精油的植物。此外蒙加尔宗境內還有一個水力發電廠。
