菲吕拉是希腊神话中的一名水仙女，是俄刻阿诺斯与忒堤斯的女儿。她嫁予瑙普利俄斯后，诞下许多儿女。

她与克洛诺斯诞下凯隆。[1]由于她觉得凯隆长得恶心，便在产后把他遗弃。

她是香水、写作、治愈、美丽和纸张的女神，也是教会人类制造纸张的女神。
