荷叶饭
简要
荷叶饭的历史悠久,明末屈大均《广东新语》中记说:“东莞以香粳杂鱼肉诸味,包荷叶蒸之,表里香透,名曰荷包饭。”而相传在更早的南北朝时已开始有以荷叶包裹米饭的作法。
