茴鱼

茴鱼，为茴鱼属的一种，为温带淡水鱼，分布于欧洲俄罗斯乌拉山至英国淡水、半咸水流域，体长可达60公分，栖息在水质清澈、溶氧量高的溪流底中层水域，成群活动，以昆虫、甲壳类极软件动物为食，可做为食用鱼、养殖鱼及观赏鱼。
