英石
英石（英语：，缩写st）是英制质量单位之一，亦被英联邦国家普遍采用。1英石等于6.35029318公斤或14磅；8英石等于1英担（）。
实施公制化后，英石已不再用于正式量重，但是英国人和爱尔兰人还是喜欢用英石和磅一起作为体重的单位。例如11英石4磅，等于158磅。
