窦皇后（越南语：／，？—？），名窦氏江（越南语：／），越南莫朝皇后，莫太宗之（第二位）妻。

窦氏江事迹不详，但能确定她被莫太宗莫登瀛立为皇后，并与他生下宁王莫敬滋，而窦氏江何时去世已不清楚。
