私家路

私家路（Private road），是一条行人或者行车信道、街道，由私人业权拥有。它相对于政府官方所拥有及管理的公路或街道。未获授权进入私家路可能被视为擅自进入，部份私家路业主可能会发出一些附例，限制私家路的用户（行人或者驾车人士）的进入权及使用权，包括泊车权及收费率。

例子

除通往私人物业的小路之外，私家路可以是私人拥有及营运的高速公路[1]，如美国弗吉尼亚州的Dulles Greenway和意大利的个别私人高速公路。加拿大安大略省北部亦有长达80（50英里），是连接两条主要的省道唯一道路的私家路[2]。
