短脚鹎属

短脚鹎属（属名：，由古希腊文的 / hypsi 与 / pétēs 转写而成，意为「高飞者」[3]）是雀形目鹎科的一个属，属于中小型鸣禽，羽色多为榄绿色、灰色或黑色调，嘴喙较大部分鹎科鸟类笔直，前端略为下弯，部分物种具有尖形的羽冠[4][5]。短脚鹎属成员主要分布于季风亚洲，以及西印度洋的马达加斯加与邻近岛屿，一些可能属于这个属的物种则还分布于华莱士区[6]。
