爨瓒

爨瓒，南朝梁宁州人。梁武帝太清二年（548年），宁州刺史徐文盛率兵往荆州随湘东王镇压侯景之乱，趁宁州空虚，瓒据有其地，并诸部。梁元帝承圣二年(553年)，瓒以其地降北周，北周遥授其南宁州刺史，允其子爨玩、爨震世袭，至此成为非中央直辖的羁縻州。
