演化网络
演化网络(英语:)是以图来表示生物的核酸串行、基因、染色体、基因组、和物种[1]之间演化的关系。[2]演化树(英语:)的树状结构不足以表达生物演化关系中杂交、基因水平转移、遗传重组、和基因重复等事件,因此演化网络容许在图上存在些混合节点来表达此类关系。演化树是演化网络的一个子集。演化网络可以被推测和被软件可视化例如SplitsTree[3]以及最近的软件,Dendroscope。
