深宵 (基因)

深宵（after hours,Afh）是一种变异基因。当身体出现「深宵」变异基因，生理时钟就会受到影响。[1]

研究

科学家监察实验室老鼠时发现，部分老鼠的生理时钟，由24小时一循环，延长至27小时一循环。经研究后，发现牠们的Fbx13基因，出现了「深宵」基因变异，令睡眠规律与日照时间脱轨。

有关发现将有助药厂研制药物，供轮班工人服用或助旅客调节时差。
