凉圆

凉圆，又称作凉肉圆、凉西圆，是一种台湾彰化和嘉义等地的特色小吃，外皮半透明且有弹性，由日本太白粉搭配树薯粉或地瓜粉混合做成，中间的馅料为肉馅等。因食用时维持较低温度，因此叫做「凉圆」。彰化凉圆使用香菇和瘦肉作为馅料，具有特色，因此受到较多关注[1][2][3][4]。

另有包裹豆沙等甜馅料的凉圆。
