汽车戏院
汽车戏院（英语：）是户外电影院的形式之一，本质上是一种停车场，客人开自己的车入场坐在车上看大屏幕上的电影，在北美和东欧较多。1932年由美国人理乍得·霍林斯赫德（Richard M. Hollingshead, Jr）利用废弃化学工厂发明此种放映法[1]，早期声音部分采用大喇叭对停车场播放，但可能会因车体阻隔影响声音效果，后来出现区域广播盖台的做法，客人可以用车上收音机收听电影声音。

2020年COVID-19疫情期间，部份国家电影院为避免群聚感染而暂停营业，有些地方因而开设汽车戏院使观众可看电影，又能避免密闭空间与近距离接触造成疫情传播[2][3]。
