欧洲鲈

欧洲鲈（学名：Dicentrarchus labrax），或称挪威舌齿鲈，是舌齿鲈属下的一种鱼类，在淡水和咸水中都可以存活，是欧洲重要的经济鱼类之一。[2]广泛分布与大西洋东部、地中海和黑海以及欧洲的湖泊河流中。

描述
幼年个体

其体侧呈银色，腹部为白色。幼鱼身上有黑色斑点，此时容易与斑点舌齿鲈产生混淆。与鳃盖有锯齿和刺。其长度可达1（3英尺3英寸），重15（33英磅）。[3]

经济价值

2000年至2009年，野生欧洲鲈的捕捞并不甚严重。大部分捕捞区都在大西洋中。地中海地区，意大利一般是最大的欧洲鲈捕捞国，但2010年代初开始被埃及超过。[4]在英国和爱尔兰，欧洲鲈的数量还是受到了商业捕捞的影响，为此两国都出台了相应的保护措施。[5]

除去野生的欧洲鲈之外，欧洲也有许多国家大规模养殖欧洲鲈。在1960年代大规模养殖技术普及之前，一般地点击在沿海的潟湖或水库中。希腊、土耳其、意大利、西班牙、克罗地亚和埃及是欧洲鲈养殖的大国。其年产量在2010年为12万吨。[6]
