櫛足蛛科（），亦作櫛蛛科，是蛛形綱新蛛亚目狼蛛總科下的一個科。

櫛足蛛科舊稱游蛛科，原來單指今時游蛛屬的生物，但現時擴展至其他櫛足蛛科的生物。但與游蛛屬生物不同的是：除了游蛛屬生物以外，其他櫛足蛛科生物並沒有攻擊性，而且身體上亦未必有毒液，因為我們對其認識還很少，所以未知是否所有成員均有毒，面對牠們時我們應該謹慎對待。櫛足蛛科生物有一個獨特的縱溝，位於其後部的橢圓形甲殼的頂部[1]（其他一些蜘蛛也有類似的凹槽，例如Amaurobiidae）。
