曼亚拉区是坦桑尼亚的26行政区之一，位于该国东北部，首府巴巴蒂，北面是阿鲁沙区，东北面是乞力马扎罗区，东临坦噶区，南接多多马区，西南面是辛吉达区，西北面是欣延加区，2002年人口1,040,461。
