方便旗
方便旗（英语：）[2]，也称作方便船旗、权宜船旗，是一种商业惯例，船公司或船东将其所拥有的船舶登记于其他国籍，该国籍因标准较低，可以达到降低成本之效果。
方便旗从1950年代以来一直沿用至今，意旨该民间船只隶属的国籍，遵守该国的法律。据2007年统计，巴拿马、利比里亚、巴哈马、马绍尔群岛及马尔他为世界上主要的方便旗船籍国[3]。即使是作为内陆国家的蒙古国，也有400多艘船只悬挂其国旗作为方便旗船籍。[4][5]
