文本烧
文本烧(日语:/ monjyayaki,通称もんじゃ)是一种发祥于东京月岛、盛行于关东地方的铁板烧小吃。将蔬菜肉类置于铁板上,再淋上面糊煎至凝固。其形式类似什锦烧,但口感更为浓稠。[1]
