集成膜蛋白

集成膜蛋白（Integral membrane protein，缩写：IMP）是一种永久附着在生物膜上的膜蛋白。所有跨膜蛋白都是IMP，但并非所有IMP都是跨膜蛋白。[1]IMPs占生物体基因组中编码的蛋白质的很大一部分。[2]穿过膜的蛋白质被环状脂质包围，环状脂质被定义为与膜蛋白质直接接触的脂质。只能使用去污剂，非极性溶剂或有时使用变性剂将此类蛋白质与膜分离。
