收腹器

收腹器（英语：，或：）是由加拿大脊椎按摩师丹尼斯（Dennis Colonello）发明的用于腹部锻炼的体育器材。[1][2][3] 通过美国俄亥俄州坎顿的一家公司以咨询广告的形式向外界推广。[4] 该设备是一个扁平的鞍状热成型塑料，可以对尾骨施压。[5]

在进行仰卧起坐运动时，可以使用该设备来保护后腰。[6] 很多人会用收腹器来作为滑雪橇。[7]
