抚恤

抚，也作抚，是公司、机构对于因公受伤或残废、或因公殉职以及病故人员的家属，进行安慰并给予物质帮助。《三国演义·第九十六回》：「将谡家小加意抚恤，按月给与禄米。」发放的金钱又称抚恤金。
