捞丁

捞丁,全称捞出前一丁,是香港茶餐厅的一种特色食品,把煮软后再沥干的出前一丁即食面(捞)以汤粉及酱汁,再配以不同食品,如鸡翼五香肉丁煎蛋,与炒丁一样流行于香港茶餐厅,为兰芳园首创。[1]
