恶法

恶法（英語：）是字面意义上恶法包含對法律原則的不合理解釋、明显錯誤的法律主張以及試圖對不当或非法的法律進行陳述或辩护[1]。沃克·馬歇爾（英語：）說在多数情况下，恶法的本质就是强词夺理[2]。
