带子

带子,为一种海产食材,外壳较薄,呈尖三角形,由于插在沿海沙上生长,所以又称为沙插,在粤菜中广泛使用。通常指沙插等贝壳类海产中的圆形内收肌部位。常和扇贝内的内收肌(俗称「元贝」)被混淆,因两者形状近似。[1]
