大椎穴
大椎穴，又名百劳穴，为手三阳脉、足三阳脉与督脉之会穴。位于第七颈椎棘突（颈椎高骨）下凹处，对各种神经症有镇静作用，大椎穴主泻胸中之热，全身之热及消炎，对肺功能有明显的改善与调整作用。
