大副

大副（英语：或, C/O），同义词「」、「」，为船副的一种，系属于一船舶舱面（甲板）部门之高等海员（中华民国交通部正式名称为甲级船员）。为一船舶之主管人员，并依据船长命令指示进行管理和值勤，负责航行当值、主管事务、督率有关海员等工作。

执业资格

须持有缔约国（或船籍国）政府其符合依据联合国国际海事组织之「1978年航海人员训练、发证及航行当值标准国际公约及其修正案（STCW 1978，Standards of the Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers,1978, As Amended）」附录部分有关服务、年龄、健康状况、培训、资格、及考试之规定发给并持有适当之证书方能执业。
