基因敲落
基因敲落（英语：）是指一种遗传工程技术，针对某个串行已经知道、但是功能未知道的串行改变生物的遗传基因，令到特定的基因功能下降，从而使到部分功能丧失或者减低，并且可以进一步对生物体造成影响，进而推测出该基因的生物学功能。
