嗜发酵菌属（学名：）為月形单孢菌目月形单孢菌科的一属革兰氏阴性菌。直杆到微弯杆或螺杆。分离于“起子”酵母或啤酒废水。此属的模式种为食棉籽糖嗜发酵菌(Zymophilus raffinosivorans)。
