哈瑞丝

哈瑞丝（Hareth）是托尔金小说的虚构角色。

哈瑞丝存活在中土大陆的第一纪元，她是哈米尔（Halmir）的长女，哈拉丁族（Haladin）的首领，哈迪尔（Haldir）、肯达尔（Hundar）及Hiril的亲姐妹。哈瑞丝嫁给哈多族首领高多（Galdor），生下了胡林（Húrin）及胡尔（Huor）。
