吕元素

吕元素（?—?），字朴庵。宋朝江原（今四川省崇庆县）人。

道士出身，精于道门斋醮科仪，收集六朝道书及唐代张万福、杜光庭所制定的斋仪，“别为校定，使之适中”，着有《道门定制》十卷，书分前后两集，收入《道藏》。
