同乡会

同乡会是指来自同一地区的人来到另一个城市、省或国家后，在另一个城市、省或国家成立的以同一地区的人为主体的组织。这些人成立同乡会的目的是让同乡人互帮互助[1][2][3]。美国境内就有3000个由墨西哥人组建的同乡会，而且这些同乡会规模较小，成员大多以工薪阶层为主[4]。
