卡查普里

卡查普里（格鲁吉亚语：）是格鲁吉亚饮食中的一种烤饼，亦是当地最普遍的主食。卡查普里的做法是在发酵过的的面饼上加入奶酪和鸡蛋等食材[1]。据2009年的一份调查，88%的格鲁吉亚人喜欢卡查普里超过披萨。卡查普里在男性和老人中人气更高[2]。卡查普里作为格鲁吉亚的主食，其价格被用来监控格鲁吉亚的通货膨胀情况[3][4]。
