华府公立学校
华府公立学校[1]（District of Columbia Public Schools, DCPS）是华盛顿哥伦比亚特区的公立学校学区。华府法律规定5岁至18岁的学生必须上学，[2]这段时期通常相当于从幼儿园到12年级。在9月30日之前年满5岁的学生被视为达到了接受义务教育的年龄并且必须上学。所有华府公立学校对华府居民都是免费的。华府公立学校共有约45000名学生和4000名老师。[3]其中共有66间小学，13间初中，18间高中，19个学区（education campus），6间特殊教育学校（special education school），和7间其他学校（other program）。[4]
