半鳥亞科（學名：）是馳龍科的一個亞科，是最原始的馳龍類演化支之一，化石發現於南美洲、馬達加斯加。半鳥亞科同時有大型、小型物種，南方盜龍的身長可達5.8公尺，而鷲龍、脅空鳥龍的體型較小。
