北鳕

北鳕为辐鳍鱼纲鳕形目鳕科的其中一种，分布于北极圈海域，本鱼尾鳍深叉形，下颌略长于上颌，下巴触须非常小，没有在头部上的侧线孔，鳞片小且深嵌，不是部分重叠。体褐色并沿着背面有许多细的点;侧边与腹面银色；鳍暗色的有灰白的边缘，体长可达40公分，栖息在沿海海域，属肉食性，以桡脚类、端足类、鱼类等为食，为高经济价值的食用鱼。
