兵工厂（或称武器库、军火库）是指私人或公有的任何组合制造，维修，储藏武器和弹药的地方。 Arsenal及 armoury（英国英语）或armory（美国英语）大多被视为同义词[1][2]，尽管存在细微的使用差异。
