伊瓦拉

伊瓦拉（西班牙语：，西班牙语发音：[iˈβara]）是厄瓜多尔尔的城镇，也是因巴布拉省的首府，位于该国北部，距离首都基多112公里，始建于1606年9月28日，面积41平方公里，海拔高度2,225米，主要经济活动是旅游业，2001年人口108,535。
