伊林加区
伊林加区是坦桑尼亚的26行政区之一，位于该国南部，首府伊林加，北面是辛吉达区和多多马区，西临姆贝亚区，南接鲁伍马区和马拉维，东面是莫罗戈罗区，面积58,936平方公里，其中陆地面积56,864平方公里，2002年人口1,495,333。
