亨耶迹

亨耶迹是质量高于0.5太阳质量的原恒星在结束林轨迹之后，在赫罗图上继续发展的路径。天文学家路易斯·G.·亨耶和他的同事在1950年代显示原恒星会继续保持一段收缩与辐射平衡的周期之后才会进入主序带。

亨耶迹的特征是在接近流体静力平衡的状态下缓慢的塌缩，在赫罗图上几乎是水平的逐渐趋近主序带（意思是光度几乎不变）。
