互营杆菌属（学名：）為互营杆菌目互营杆菌科的一属革兰氏阴性菌。杆状及长丝状。不产芽孢。分离于厌氧污物消化器。此属的模式种为沃氏互营杆菌(Syntrophobacter wolinii)。
