Ɛ, ɛ（拉丁 epsilon，或称“开口 E”）是扩展拉丁字母之一。在国际音标里，它表示半开前不圆唇元音。它出现在许多尼日尔-刚果语系的书写版本内，如埃维语及其他使用非洲参考字母的语言。
